Mileage

* 100 free miles per day, $.40 per mile over 100. 

Optional GPS Rental $10 per day + tax. 

* Rates do not include tax, delivery/pickup fees, or fuel. Vans are delivered with a full tank of fuel. A $6.00 per gallon refueling charge will apply if a van is returned with less than a full tank.

INSURANCE

In many cases your personal automobile insurance policy will provide collision and liability coverage when you are driving a rental vehicle (check with your insurance company to verify).   For additional insurance options, click the insurance tab above.

Renter’s collision protection (rcp)

* RCP is limited to $20,000 collision damage to our van only. RCP is optional and is not insurance. We can provide RCP for $29.00 per day. 

LOCAL DELIVERY & PICK UP

* Vans can be picked up or returned at a Wheelchair Getaways office in South Florida free of charge.  

* Convenient door-to-door delivery/pick up is available for an additional fee (call for details). 

AIRPORT DELIVERY & PICK UP

Palm Beach: $100.00 delivery and $100.00 pick up

Ft. Lauderdale: $125.00 delivery and $125.00 pick up

Miami: $125.00 delivery and $125.00 pick up

AIRPORT DELIVERY & PICK UP SERVICE AVAILABLE BETWEEN 9 AM & 9 PM 

Additional fees apply for delayed flights arriving after 9pm (call for details)

TOLLS

All toll roads in South Florida are toll by plate. All of or vans are registered with Sunpass. We will charge any tolls and a $10 admin fee to the credit card on file.
